We are an HR consultation company seeking a proactive Human Resource Specialist to support HR personnel affairs for multiple client organizations. This role focuses on handling employee-related administrative matters, HR documentation, and coordination in a consulting environment, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and high-quality HR service delivery to our clients.

key Responsibilities

  • Handle HR personnel affairs for client companies, including employee records and personal files.
  • Prepare, review, and manage HR documents such as contracts, offer letters, confirmations, and official HR forms.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for client employees.
  • Maintain accurate HR databases and personnel documentation for multiple clients.
  • Act as a point of contact for client employees regarding HR personal and administrative matters.
  • Assist with attendance tracking, leave management, and HR reports as required by clients.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, client policies, and HR best practices.
  • Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for HR documentation, tracking, and professional communication.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR personnel, HR administration, or HR consulting roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook (mandatory).
  • Good command of English, written and spoken (mandatory).
  • Solid understanding of HR documents, employee files, and personnel procedures.
  • Ability to manage HR tasks for multiple clients with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
