Job Description
We are looking for a seasoned HR Recruiter to join our team and drive talent acquisition not only for our company but also for our valued partners. This role requires a proactive recruiter who can manage diverse hiring needs, build strong relationships, and deliver top talent across multiple organizations.
key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal managers and partner organizations to understand staffing requirements.
- Design and execute recruitment strategies tailored to both company and partner needs.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates across various industries and roles.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding, for multiple stakeholders.
- Maintain strong communication with partners to ensure alignment on hiring goals.
- Build and sustain a talent pipeline to meet current and future workforce demands.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and ethical recruitment practices.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to both company leadership and partners.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of proven recruitment experience, preferably in multi-client or agency settings.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proactive, adaptable, and results-driven mindset.
