We are looking for a seasoned HR Recruiter to join our team and drive talent acquisition not only for our company but also for our valued partners. This role requires a proactive recruiter who can manage diverse hiring needs, build strong relationships, and deliver top talent across multiple organizations.

key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal managers and partner organizations to understand staffing requirements.
  • Design and execute recruitment strategies tailored to both company and partner needs.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates across various industries and roles.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding, for multiple stakeholders.
  • Maintain strong communication with partners to ensure alignment on hiring goals.
  • Build and sustain a talent pipeline to meet current and future workforce demands.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and ethical recruitment practices.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to both company leadership and partners.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of proven recruitment experience, preferably in multi-client or agency settings.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to balance multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices.
