Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Engineer to oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring that all site activities are executed according to approved plans, specifications, and safety standards. The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.
- Manage and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Track project progress and prepare regular reports for management.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Resolve technical issues and provide practical solutions during execution.
- Review and approve materials and equipment used in the project.
- Liaise with consultants and relevant authorities to maintain smooth workflow.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- 8–10 years of proven experience in site management and construction supervision.
- Proficiency in engineering design software such as AutoCAD.
- Strong knowledge of project management and scheduling tools.
- Solid leadership and decision-making skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Effective communication and leadership skills.
- Flexibility to travel as required by project needs.
